Pricing

First, see it work on your data. Then decide what's next.

Pay for the 60-day pilot, not for promises. After two months on your real numbers, the conversation is about evidence, not features. No per-seat charges. No multi-year commitment upfront. Full structure below.

    How pricing works

What you'll pay. You pick what's optional.

Pigment, Anaplan, and Vena all say “contact sales.” Here's the actual structure - the service is the recurring base (new features ship to you, support builds what's missing), the striped slices scale up, down, or skip entirely depending on what you actually need.

    Service (always)Optional, your call

*The 10% is illustrative. Yours might be 5%, 15%, or 25% - or zero, if the platform fits as-is. You scale the custom work to what you actually need.

    Our promise

    60-day fit window

If we miss what we promised, you walk. No penalty, no lock-in. Signed into every contract.

    What you won't pay

    • Per-seat charges
    • Multi-year lock-in
    • Surprise renewal hikes
    • Consultant invoices for the 10%

Most enterprise FP&A vendors charge for at least three of these. We don't.

    Common pricing questions

    The follow-ups buyers actually ask

The recurring base. It scales with the size and complexity of your finance team, not with seats. Includes the platform itself (budgeting, headcount, forecasting, variance, board reporting), all integrations you connect, every new feature we ship while you're a partner, and the support team that builds updates and new modules for you. No usage caps inside the team.
Then you don't pay for it. The 10% is illustrative - it's the variable layer that scales with what you actually need. Some teams need 25% (their GL or hierarchy is unusual). Some need 5%. Some are zero, the platform fits as-is. We tell you which one you are during the 60-day fit window, before you commit to year one.
No free tier. We sign one customer at a time and configure the platform around their stack - that's not a self-serve flow. The 60-day fit window is the trial: at kickoff we agree what 'delivered' means, and if we miss it you walk. No penalty, no lock-in. Signed into every contract.
It means inside the 60-day window: no termination fee, no obligation, no lock-in. You keep ownership of all your data and configurations. The annual service fee rebates pro-rata. We sign this into every contract. We've never had a partner walk, but the option being real is what makes the engagement honest.
Year-over-year the service fee tracks team size and complexity, not seats. So a finance team that doubles headcount inside the company they support but stays at 6 analysts inside Novaplan pays roughly the same. The on-demand work in year two is opt-in, only if you ask for it.
Pigment, Anaplan, Vena all gate pricing behind 'contact sales.' That's a tell - it usually means the price varies by what they think you can pay. Publishing the structure means you can decide if we're a fit before you book a call. If we're not, you saved an hour. If we are, the call is a real conversation about your case, not a sales-stage qualifier.
